Audrey Bianca Callista from Jakarta Crowned Miss Indonesia 2025

Tangerang - Audrey Bianca Callista, a finalist from Jakarta, was officially crowned Miss Indonesia 2025 at the final night of the pageant held on Wednesday night, July 9, 2025, at RCTI+ Studios in Jakarta. Audrey outperformed 37 finalists from various provinces after going through a rigorous selection process, both during quarantine and on the grand finale night.

Audrey captivated the judges and audience during the question-and-answer session, where she explained her vision of utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology to support her social programs, particularly in eradicating child marriage. Her intelligent and empathetic answers earned her the recognition of being Indonesia's ambassador at the upcoming Miss World 2026 pageant.

The Miss Indonesia 2025 grand finale night was also enlivened by a special guest, Opal Suchata Chuangsri, Miss World 2025 from Thailand. Her presence provided encouragement and inspiration for the finalists as they strived for the title.

This year's Miss Indonesia pageant featured a modern judging concept, with 80 percent of the points coming from quarantine results, such as fast track and social insight, and 20 percent from appearance and interviews on the final night.

"We're not just looking for a beautiful figure, but one who can be an agent of change through the Beauty With a Purpose program. Audrey strongly demonstrated these qualities," said one of the judges at a press conference after the event.

Audrey, who is also known for her active involvement in various social activities, now has the significant task of bringing Indonesia's name to the international stage. She is expected to be a role model for the younger generation and contribute to broader social issues.

     The Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) Softball Field in Senayan, Jakarta, has officially reopened to the public after months of renovation.
